Tweed Turns One!

If you live in Nashville and are not shopping at Tweed, you are missing out!  It is seriously the cutest baby outfitters.  I like to call it Anthropologie for babies. :)  Every visit in I find new fun goodies, and adorable owner, Maggie, always has everything displayed in the most unique way.  Maggie is one of those people that is just plain cool.  You just want to be her friend.  She is so helpful, passionate about her store and puts the sweetest, loving touches into the way she wraps each gift you select.

All that to say, Tweed's turning one!!!  Tomorrow!  Maggie is throwing a huge party celebrating Tweed with lots of fun giveaways and of course, sweet treats.  She wanted to serve cake pops for the kids because what could be cuter or more delicious? ;)

She loves stars and thought they went perfectly with her party invites.

So we went with these yellow stars that of course would not be complete without some glitter.

And it would not be a birthday party without my birthday sprinkle pops!

I cannot wait to see how Maggie packages and displays these!  She is so talented and has such a creative eye.

They say it's your birthday...

I love birthday parties.  They are so fun.  Cake, presents, food and fellowship.  What more could you want in life? :)

I especially love birthday parties for kids, so I was excited when a friend called and wanted to order cake pops for birthday favors.  She wanted the birthday girl to have a unique pop and all the others to match.  We went with a fun rainbow mix for the bday girl and a pink and purple combo for the other darlings.  What little girl does not love pink and purple?? :)

 These sprinkle pops turned out too cute and are the perfect treat for little ones!

I love first birthday parties.  There is something so fun and sweet about celebrating a little one's first year of life. :)  So, I was thrilled when I got the call to make some treats for a darling little girl's first birthday.  The theme for the party is cupcakes, so how perfect are these cupcake cake bites!  We stuck with the purple and pink motif they were using for the party.

The cake bites are just perfect for kids' parties because they are just the right sized treat for the little ones. :)
