Appreciation with Apples

Well I mentioned how crazy May has been for CakeWalk...we've been so busy making orders, I haven't even had time to share with you all.  Forgive me! :)

So May is all about school winding down and the start of summer.  New friend Cindy wanted to honor her daughter's teachers and show them some appreciation before heading out for summer vacation.  She thought what better treat than some apple cake pops!

Thanks, Cindy, and thank you to all the teachers out there for all you do!  Happy Summer! :)

To all the moms out there...

Happy belated Mother's Day!  Wow, what a crazy month May has been for CakeWalk!  I was fortunate enough to spend Mother's Day in Dallas with my mom, grandmother and mother-in-law.  What a treat!

But before I left down, I was able to make some Mother's Day treats for good friend Carolyn.  Carolyn hosts a brunch each Mother's Day honoring all the women in her life who are moms, including herself (She is mom to the cutest twins, Lauren and Allison!).  This year's color scheme included pink and yellow, so Carolyn went with cake bites in both colors.

Cheers to all the moms out there!  May you be honored everyday!

Party Time

Nothing says a party like cake bites! :)  I really think they are the perfect item to serve during any soiree.  No wrapper, no stick, no messy frosting.  Just pop in that delicious bite of heaven!

My latest client was hosting a party with a pink and green theme, so we went with cake bites in those colors.  They loved the added drizzle!

Many thanks and cheers!

Three times the celebration!

Birthday parties for little girls can be so fun to plan, but can you imagine having three back to back to back?  Mom-extraordinaire Kristen is in that exact situation every year, but she proves to truly be the ultimate hostess with the mostess!  Just coming off of one daughter's princess themed party she hosted a party celebrating all three daughters' birthdays.  The theme was pink and orange and you should have seen her decorations.  Too cute!  For favors, we went with the ever popular sprinkle pops in pink and orange.

Thanks, Kristen and happy birthday girls!
